This article details the process of adding an urgent work order via the Compliance Portal. If you're having trouble accessing the Compliance Portal and looking to request an urgent service, please complete the form available in the How to request an urgent service article.
- From an existing enrolled property in the compliance Portal, click New work order. Or from the Dashboard, click New work order and search for the existing address.
- Enter the Request type
- Verify the property information and tenant details are correct, this ensure that the booking can go through smoothly.
- Select the service for the urgent request and what best describes the issue.
- Upload any supporting documents or files. (not required)
- Provide any additional information that may help us with the request.
- Click Submit Request to finalise the service request.
Once we receive an urgent job request, the relevant team will review the urgent status and endeavour to process it in accordance with the SLAs highlighted in our Urgent Jobs Framework.
