Detector Inspector agency clients can place services on hold for a specific property. By placing a service on hold, Detector Inspector will not contact the tenants or create bookings for that service.
You might need to temporarily place a property on hold for the following reasons:
- Tenants are away and want to be home for the safety check
- The owner is renovating the property

- From the Dashboard (Home menu), search for the relevant property.

For the property you want to place on hold, click the three dots (
) and choose Put service on hold.

Select the services to place on hold, the Hold service until date, and the Reason. You can select one or all services in this section.
- A confirmation window will appear. Ensure the details are correct, and click Request hold.
- The hold request will be sent to our team, and you will be notified once it is complete.
