How to place a property on hold in the Compliance Portal

Detector Inspector agency clients can place properties on hold in the Compliance Portal from the Dashboard (Home menu). By placing a property on hold, Detector Inspector will not contact the tenants or create bookings.

You might need to temporarily place a property on hold for the following reasons:

  • Tenants are away and want to be home for the safety check
  • The owner is renovating the property

Please note

If you're trying to cancel a property in the compliance portal, please follow the cancellation help topic.
