How to update or add new lease agreement details in the Compliance Portal

Detector Inspector agency clients can update or add new lease agreement details in the Compliance Portal by visiting the property profile.

Pro tip:

If you use API integration the property details are updated from your management software. If the details are incorrect, please update the property in your management software to ensure the changes are permanently saved.

  1. From the Dashboard (Home menu) search for the relevant property.

  2. For the property we want to cancel, click the three dots (Screenshot 2024-06-19 104830.png), and choose View property.

  3. In the Tenancy Details section, click Edit details to edit the existing lease agreement or occupant details or Add tenancy to add a new lease agreement or occupant details.

  4. Make the required changes to the Active Lease Agreement.

  5. Click Add Occupant to add a new tenant to the property.

  6. Once the changes have been made:

    Click Save and Update Status to update the details and inform our team to contact the tenants and arrange the services.

    Click Save Changes to update the details without informing our team to contact the tenant and arrange services.
