How to update or add key details in the Compliance Portal

Agency clients can update key details directly from the property's profile page. They can also indicate whether a property has a lockbox or a key on-site and provide locker codes or access details.

This information enables us to issue entry notifications, retrieve the key, and complete the service without requiring the tenant to be present.

If you use API integration, property details are updated from your management software. If any details are incorrect, please update them in your management software. While key property information is integrated, key onsite information is updated and stored in the compliance portal.

  1. From the Dashboard (Home menu) search for the relevant property.

  2. For the property you want to change the key information, click the three dots (Screenshot 2024-06-19 104830.png), and choose View property.

  3. Click Edit Property on the top right of the property profile.

  4. From the Edit property screen, you can edit key information and add onsite key details. Onsite key details allow us to gain access if there is a lockbox or key kept at the property. Be sure to enter the lockbox code and instructions for us to gain access.

  5. Confirm the details and click Update property.
