How to update or add key details in the Agency Portal

Agency clients can update or edit key details relating to a property from the respective property profile page.

Pro tip:

If you use API integration the property details are updated from your management software. If the details are incorrect, please update the property in your management software to ensure the changes are permanently saved.

  1. From the Portfolio menu, click the relevant safety service.

  2. Find the property and click the address in the Property address column.

  3. In the Key Details section, click Edit details to update or add key details.

  4. A window will appear to add or edit the key details.

  5. Click Submit  to save any changes you have made.
