You can view overdue properties in the Agency Portal by:
- Visiting the Active Property Management page; or
- Visiting the Updates/Overdue page.
Active Property Management page
Visit the Active Property Management page by clicking the "Portfolio" icon. Once clicked, choose the relevant safety service from the dropdown menu.
Once visited, use the "Show all" filter and "Overdue" tag to see a list of overdue properties relevant to the safety service.
Visit this page by clicking on the "Action Required" and then "Required Updates & Overdue" button in the top menu bar.
Once visited, locate the "Overdue Properties" table to see a full list of overdue properties across all safety services.
