You can view overdue properties in the Agency Portal by visiting the Updates Required & Overdue Services page.
- From the Action Required menu, click Required Updates & Overdue.
- The Overdue Properties table displays a full list of overdue properties across all safety services.
- The Overdue Properties table arranges properties by urgency, displaying them in the following order:
Status Description Agency to Action This will display items that the Agency can directly address, such as tenant access denials or unpaid invoices. Overdue Overdue properties that don't require Agency Action. Booked Booked properties will be displayed until the service has been completed.
- Use the Reason column (New in October 2023) to get clear information on the exact issue. The options in the Actions column will change depending on the Reason. For example, if you have an unpaid invoice, there will be an Invoices button in the Action column to link directly to the invoices.
