How to view overdue properties in the Agency Portal

You can view overdue properties in the Agency Portal by:

  1. Visiting the Active Property Management page; or
  2. Visiting the Updates/Overdue page.


Active Property Management page

Step 1

Visit the Active Property Management page by clicking the "Portfolio" icon. Once clicked, choose the relevant safety service from the dropdown menu.

Step 2

Once visited, use the "Show all" filter and "Overdue" tag to see a list of overdue properties relevant to the safety service.

Updates/Overdue page

Step 1

Visit this page by clicking on the "Action Required" and then "Required Updates & Overdue" button in the top menu bar.

Step 2

Once visited, locate the "Overdue Properties" table to see a full list of overdue properties across all safety services.
