How to view and email Service Reports in the Compliance Portal

Automatically send service reports

Property managers can now automatically send service reports to property owners based on agency preferences. See Automatically send service reports using the Compliance Portal for more details on this new functionality.

Agency clients can view and email Service Reports to the respective landlord(s) directly from the Service Reports & Quotes page. To see all service reports, quotes, or invoices for a particular property, you can access the Documents page.

  1. Click Service Reports & Quotes from the navigation bar.



  2. Click the View or Viewed button to open the service report or the envelope icon to email the service report.

  3. When clicking the envelope a popup will display containing the landlord's details. If the details are incorrect, you can enter the correct information manually.

  4. If there is a quote awaiting approval you can toggle Yes or No to include the quotation when the service report is sent.

  5. Click Send to send the service report and quote (if included).
