How to update or add new tenant details in the Compliance Portal

Detector Inspector agency clients can update or add new tenant details in the Compliance Portal by accessing the property profile.

Pro tip:

If you use API integration the property details are updated from your management software. If the details are incorrect, please update the property in your management software to ensure the changes are permanently saved.

  1. From the Dashboard (Home menu) search for the relevant property.

  2. For the property we want to cancel, click the three dots (Screenshot 2024-06-19 104830.png), and choose View property.

  3. Find the Tenancy Details table and click the Edit details button located in the top right corner.

  4. Update the relevant information in the pop-up box. Click the Add Occupant button to add a new tenant to a property.

  5. Once the changes have been made:


    Click the blue Save and Update Status button to update the details and inform our team to contact the tenants and arrange the services.

    Click the orange Save Changes button to update the details without informing our team to contact the tenant and arrange services.
