How to update or add new tenant details in the Agency Portal?

Detector Inspector agency clients can update or add new tenant details in the Agency Portal by: 

  1. Visiting the Updates Required & Overdue Services page in the Agency Portal; or
  2. Visiting the Active Property Management page in the Agency Portal.

 

Updates Required & Overdue Services page

Step 1

Click "Action Required" and then "Required Updates & Overdue" from the top menu bar.

Step 2

Once clicked, navigate to the "Overdue Properties" table. You will see certain properties that are not highlighted in either green or blue that require the occupant details to be checked and updated.

Note: The grey information box provides additional information on different colours used throughout the Overdue Properties table.

Step 3

Click the "Edit Occupant(s) button to edit the tenant details or to add new tenants to a property.

Step 4

Once clicked, you will be presented with a pop-up box where you can provide important details such as name, email and contact numbers about the tenant(s) or update existing details.

Click the "Add Occupant" button to add a new tenant to a property.

Step 5

Once the changes have been saved inside the popup box, please also ensure to click the respective green "Confirm Details" button located on the right-hand side of the Overdue Properties table.

Active Property Management page

Step 1

Visit the Active Property Management page by clicking the "Portfolio" icon. Once clicked, choose the relevant safety service from the dropdown menu.

Step 2

Once visited, use the "Action Required" filter and "Updates Required" tag to see a list of Updated Required properties relevant to the safety service. Once the properties have been filtered, view the relevant property card by clicking on the relevant property address.

Step 3

Once inside the property card, locate the "Tenancy Details" table and click the "Edit details" button located on the top right-hand side corner.

Step 4

You will then be presented with a pop-up box where you can provide important details such as name, email and contact numbers about the tenant(s) or update existing details. Click the "Add Occupant" button to add a new tenant to a property.

Click the blue "Save and Update Status" button to update the details and inform our team to contact the tenants and arrange the services.

Click the yellow "Save Changes" button to only update the details without informing our team to contact the tenants and arrange the services.
