How to update or add new tenant details in the Agency Portal

Detector Inspector agency clients can update or add new tenant details in the Agency Portal by visiting one of the following pages. 

Pro tip:

If you use API integration the property details are updated from your management software. If the details are incorrect, please update the property in your management software to ensure the changes are permanently saved.

Updates Required & Overdue Services page
  1. From the Action Required menu click Required Updates & Overdue.

  2. Navigate to the Overdue Properties table where you will see certain properties that are not highlighted in either green or blue that require the occupant details to be checked and updated.

    Note: The grey information box provides additional information on different colours used throughout the Overdue Properties table.

  3. Click the Pencil button to edit the tenant details or to add new tenants to a property.

     

  4. Provide or update the required details in the pop-up box. Click Add Occupant button to add a new tenant to a property.

  5. Once the changes have been made:

    Click the blue Save and Update Status button to update the details and inform our team to contact the tenants and arrange the services.

    Click the orange Save Changes button to update the details without informing our team to contact the tenant and arrange services.

  6. Click the green Confirm Details button located on the right side of the Overdue Properties table once the details are correct.

     

Active Property Managment page
  1. From the Portfolio menu choose the relevant safety service.

  2. Use the Action Required filter and Updates Required tag to see a list of properties requiring updates.

  3. Find the property and click the address in the Property address column to open the property details.
  4. Locate the Tenancy Details table and click the Edit details button located in the top right corner.

  5. Update the relevant information in the pop-up box. Click the Add Occupant button to add a new tenant to a property.

  6. Once the changes have been made:


    Click the blue Save and Update Status button to update the details and inform our team to contact the tenants and arrange the services.

    Click the orange Save Changes button to update the details without informing our team to contact the tenant and arrange services.
