How to request an urgent service via the Agency Portal

This article details the process of adding an urgent job order via the Agency Portal. If you're having trouble accessing the Agency Portal and looking to request an urgent service, please complete the form available in the How to request an urgent service article.

Important information to note

Please ensure you've read and followed the steps identified in the How to request a service via the Agency Portal article before following the steps below.


  1. From the Agency Portal dashboard, click Request Service. Enter the address to select the property.

  2. Identify the service you wish to request an urgent service for. Please note only the currently enrolled services will be visible in this section.

  3. Toggle Yes in the Is this service request urgent? section to flag it as urgent.

  4. Select the Reason for urgency and provide any additional information in the Urgent Priority Notes section.

  5. Click Submit to finalise the urgent service request.

    Once we receive an urgent job request, the relevant team will review the urgent status and endeavour to process it in accordance with the SLAs highlighted in our Urgent Jobs Framework.
