The easiest way for a tenant to reschedule a service booking is by using the link provided in the SMS notification we send to confirm the booking time. When clicking the link the tenant will be taken to a user-friendly interface displaying all available appointment dates and times in your area.
Follow these steps to reschedule your service appointment:
- Open the SMS notification and click on the reschedule link included.
- The link will direct you to a page displaying all the available appointment slots in your vicinity.
- Check the available bookings and select a date and time that best matches your schedule.
- After you select a date and time, review the contact details and Book Now.
