If something isn’t working correctly in the Compliance Portal (pages not loading, buttons not responding, or information not updating), try the quick steps below before contacting support.
1. Refresh the Page
Sometimes the browser is just showing an outdated version of the page.
Windows
Press Ctrl + F5
or Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac
Press Command + Shift + R
2. Clear Your Browser Cache
Clearing your browser cache removes old stored files that may be causing issues.
Chrome
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right
Go to Settings → Privacy and security
Click Clear browsing data
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
Choose All time and click Clear data
Edge
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top right
Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services
Click Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
Choose All time and click Clear now
Firefox
Click the menu button (☰)
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data
Select both options and click Clear
3. Try a Private/Incognito Window
This helps rule out browser extensions or saved data causing issues.
Chrome / Edge:
Ctrl + Shift + NFirefox:
Ctrl + Shift + P
Log in to the Compliance Portal again and check if the issue still happens.
