From 7/10/2025, our SMS reminders and notifications will come from a new number:

📱 Essential Services (building contacts for inspections and other services): 0417 938 436
Nothing else is changing, and all existing opt-out preferences within our system remain in place. However, network-level opt-outs (such as previously blocking the old number) may no longer apply.
