If you are having trouble with your password, forgot your username or need an account set up for the compliance portal, please follow the instructions below.
Forgot my password
Account locked
If you've entered the password incorrectly too many times it's possible you have locked your account. Reach out to us at help@detectorinspector.com.au to unlock your account.
If you have forgotten your password, you just need to click the Forgot Password button when attempting to sign in.
- Go to agency.detectorinspector.com.au
- Select your State.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your username (this is not your email address) and click Reset Password. If you can't remember your username, this will be contained in the original email we sent when your account was set up, or you can follow the instructions below to submit a ticket to our team to provide this.
Forgot my username
- Go to agency.detectorinspector.com.au
- Click Forgot username.
- Enter the required details and a ticket will be submitted to our team to follow up and provide your username.
I don't have a login
If your agency has existing users, the manager user can add accounts. Please see How to add and disable users in the Compliance Portal. Alternatively, you can send a request to our team to help get you set up.
- Go to agency.detectorinspector.com.au
- Click Need access.
- Enter the required details and a ticket will be submitted to our team to follow up and provide access.
