With the introduction of this feature, property managers can now automatically send service reports to property owners based on agency preferences. This new functionality eliminates the need for manual processing, saving time and ensuring greater consistency.
Integration required!
You'll need to integrate with your Property Management System and enable the "Receive landlord contact details" integration setting to access landlord contact details. See How to set up Integration with your property management software.
Setup Instructions
- Sign in to the Compliance Portal.
- Click your Username and choose Settings.
- Click Notification preferences.
- Choose the property manager and set the preference Automatically send service reports to owners.
Preference Description Not allowed Requires service reports to be sent manually All reports Automatically send service reports Compliant Reports only Only send compliant service reports - Click Save changes.
