PropertyTree: Monitor Compliance Across All Properties, Including Non-DI Managed

Exclusive to PropertyTree

Detector Inspector is excited to announce the latest enhancement to our industry-leading Compliance Portal, designed to provide even greater tools for managing and reporting on the compliance of your entire rental portfolio - now including properties serviced by suppliers other than Detector Inspector.

  • Enhanced Dashboard - The dashboard now offers an at-a-glance view of the compliance status of non-DI serviced properties, displayed alongside existing dashboards for DI-serviced properties.
  • Improved Portfolio Page - Seamlessly toggle between properties serviced by “Detector Inspector” and “Other Service Providers.” Non-DI serviced properties are clearly labelled, identifying key compliance issues

How does this work?

  • All Property Tree users will be automatically opted into a portfolio view
  • Options can be amended for individual property managers & users through settings
