How to view properties with updates required in the Compliance Portal

When properties are approaching service we like to confirm property and tenant details if they haven't been updated for some time. This allows us to ensure that the property and tenant details are correct when we attempt to create a booking with the tenants.

  1. From the Action Required menu, click Required Updates.

  2. The Required Updates page will be displayed.



  3. If you need to add the tenancy, edit the tenancy, or update the keys, click the down arrow next to the Confirm details button.

  4. If the tenant and property information is correct, click Confirm Details. If you have multiple properties, click Confirm all details at the top of the page.
