Dashboard overview
- Switch Portfolio
- Quickly view your current portfolio with an easy option to switch between portfolios.
- Property Search
- Use the search function to find specific properties quickly and efficiently.
- Property Overview
- View properties under management, properties signed up for services, and new properties under management.
- New work order
- Quickly create work orders using the new option on the dashboard.
- Property Manager Filter
- View specific property manager information from the dashboard page.
Compliance Health

Compliant - All safety checks are up to date and there are no outstanding compliance issues identified at the property.
Compliance issues - Issues requiring further action - properties that have access issues preventing the completion of safety checks, high and medium escalation quotes that remain outstanding and overdue invoices connected to properties with overdue services.
Booking in progress - Properties where services are past due but are currently in the booking process or are considered a priority booking.

Access issues - Displays the number of properties with problems booking or completing a service that requires your help. The issue is defined as ‘urgent’ where the due date has passed and the service is overdue.
Quotations - Displays outstanding quotes, where we have not received any response. The issue is defined as ‘urgent’ where the quotes are for safety issues, compliance issues or appliance disconnections.
Invoices - Displays the number of invoices that have been issued and are unpaid. The issue is defined as ‘urgent’ where the invoice and property service are overdue.
New management - Displays the number of properties that have been identified as new management via API integration with your property management software in the past 30 days.
Urgent Action Required
- Enrol new managements
- Keep track of properties that have recently come under your management. This displays properties imported through integration that do not have a supplier over a rolling 30-day period. This will not be displayed if no new management or integration is available.
- Resolve access issues
- Identify and address any access issues promptly.

- Review urgent quotes
- Stay on top of urgent quotes that require your attention. These are urgent quotes that require your attention where there are safety issues, compliance issues or appliance disconnections at the property.
- Pay overdue invoices
- Monitor and manage overdue invoices to maintain financial obligations. The issue is defined as ‘urgent’ where the invoice and property service are overdue.
